Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CERTIRON website (certiron.io) and the CERTIRON trading-signal filtering service (the "Service"), operated by Joeri De Bonnaire, France, European Union (the "Provider").
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Trading risk — read first. Cryptocurrency derivatives trading is highly speculative and can result in substantial losses, including the loss of your entire invested capital. CERTIRON is a software tool; it does not provide financial, investment or legal advice. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
1. The Service and its algorithmic operation
CERTIRON is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing technical routing infrastructure. The Service receives third-party signals from channels selected exclusively by the User, applies an algorithmic evaluation filter (AI scoring) to them, and routes the instructions via the User's API keys to the User's own cryptocurrency exchange account.
The Provider does not carry out any investment advice, portfolio management, or reception-transmission of orders activity within the meaning of French and European financial regulation. The User retains exclusive control of their risk parameters at all times (leverage, position size, choice of source channels).
Filtering is based on an adaptive execution threshold, dynamically ranging between 70% and 85% according to the analysis of the prevailing market regime (bearish, bullish, sideways). This effective threshold is displayed to the User on each signal analysis card. The User explicitly accepts the following four-level processing logic:
- Automated execution (subject to the User's explicit Opt-in): Signals reaching or exceeding the adaptive threshold (70–85%) are executed automatically on the User's exchange only if the User has previously and expressly enabled the "Auto-execute GO signals" option (button available in Trading Preferences). If this option is disabled — which is the default state for every new account — any execution requires manual validation per transaction.
- Manual decision ("UNCERTAIN"): Signals scoring between 42% and the applicable adaptive threshold require the User's express manual approval ("YES" or "NO") in their dashboard. Without action from the User, these signals are automatically discarded.
- Automatic rejection ("SKIP"): Signals scoring strictly below 42% are automatically filtered out and ignored by the system. The User may override this rejection by explicitly enabling the "Override SKIP signals" option, in which case these signals are presented to the User for manual decision.
- Post-execution re-evaluation — algorithmic safety Stop-Loss (subject to a separate Opt-in): If the User explicitly enables this safety feature ("Auto-close on post-execution downgrade" button, disabled by default), the Service will re-evaluate the signal immediately after order execution. If the score drops below the adaptive threshold between the signal's emission and its execution, the Service performs a technical closure of the open position and informs the User. This feature constitutes an algorithmic safety net configured by the User, not an autonomous initiative of the Provider.
The Provider does not manage, hold, or custody any funds or digital assets of the User. The connected API keys carry no withdrawal rights on the User's account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You represent that using the Service is lawful where you reside and that trading crypto derivatives is not prohibited for you.
3. Account and security
Access is granted via email "magic link". You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, your dashboard session, your exchange API keys, and any device used to access the Service. Notify us at security@certiron.io immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
5. Refunds
Because digital services are supplied immediately and you can evaluate the Service with our free paper-trading trial, subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable consumer law.
6. Your responsibilities
You alone decide whether to use paper or live mode, which channels to subscribe to, which risk parameters to apply, and whether to stop the bot. You are responsible for:
- Monitoring your trading activity and the state of your exchange account
- Ensuring your exchange API key has only Futures Trading + Read enabled (never withdrawals)
- All taxes due on any profits
- Complying with the laws of your jurisdiction
No financial advice. No guarantee of profit. Nothing on the CERTIRON website, dashboard or emails constitutes a personal recommendation to buy or sell any asset. A paid subscription grants you access to the software; it does not grant any expectation or guarantee of profit.
7. Limitation of liability and risk warning
The CERTIRON Service is purely a technological decision-support tool for investment. The User expressly acknowledges that trading cryptocurrency derivatives is highly speculative and involves a risk of loss of all capital, or of losses exceeding the capital invested.
7.1 No guarantee — The Provider guarantees no financial result, no success rate, and no profit. The User alone configures their leverage levels, position sizes, and Telegram source channels. The Provider disclaims all liability for financial losses, liquidations, margin calls, or lost profits arising from use of the Service, including with the automated execution mode enabled by the User or upon activation of the post-execution re-evaluation.
7.2 Third-party trading signals — The Provider exercises no control over the third-party Telegram channels selected by the User. The software's transmission of an erroneous, fraudulent, malicious, or outdated external signal shall not give rise to any liability of the Provider. The User acknowledges being solely responsible for the choice of their signal sources.
7.3 Limitation of liability — Professional Users (B2B) — For Users acting in the course of their professional or commercial activity, the Provider's total aggregate liability, for any proven direct damage, whether contractual or tortious, is strictly limited to the total amount of subscription fees paid by the User during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
7.4 Provision relating to Consumers (B2C) — French and European law — For Users qualifying as consumers within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Provider's liability in the event of gross negligence, fraud (dol), breach of its essential obligations to provide a compliant digital service, or any personal injury. However, the inherent uncertainty of crypto-asset financial markets, the configuration and channel choices made by the User, and the User's voluntary activation of the automated execution mode constitute grounds for full exoneration of the Provider's liability for trading losses incurred by the consumer.
7.5 Liability not excluded — Mandatory French law — Nothing in these Terms limits the Provider's liability in the event of fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence, in accordance with mandatory French law.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (Telegram channels, cryptocurrency exchanges, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Railway). The Provider is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or actions of any third party.
9. Service changes & availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. Material adverse changes to paid features will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
10. Termination
You may terminate at any time by cancelling from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual property
The CERTIRON name, logo, website, dashboard software and documentation are owned by the Provider and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, where not amicably resolved, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant additional rights in your country of residence (EU consumers).
13. Amendment of the Terms of Service
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are classified as follows:
- Material amendments: any amendment affecting the limitation of liability, pricing, the removal of an essential feature, or the assignment of the contract to a third party. Such amendments are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The User may terminate free of charge before that date.
- Non-material amendments: any other amendment, including editorial clarifications, the addition of optional features, terminological or regulatory updates, and corrections of inaccuracies. Such amendments take effect upon publication on certiron.io, or at the User's next login if re-acceptance is required. The User is informed by email or by an in-interface notification.
In all cases, continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the amendments for professional users. For consumer users, express re-acceptance may be required for material amendments.
